Firstly, kudos to the new members who have brought valuable enhancements to itflow. In reviewing the current tickets, I've identified a crucial feature that could significantly improve our workflow.
View Email Recipients:
In the watcher list, consider adding all email addresses cc'ed on the initial ticket. Additionally, for existing email addresses in our contacts, highlight them in blue; for non-existing emails, highlight in grey. If an existing email in contacts is an approver, highlight it in green. This enhancement allows technicians to easily identify whether the approver is already cc'ed and take appropriate action. If no approver is added initially, the system can prompt the technician to add one.
Introduce a "remove watcher" function to complement the existing ability to add new email addresses as watchers. This will enable technicians to efficiently manage the list of watchers associated with a ticket.
The terminology "Watchers" or "Collaborators" can be used interchangeably based on preference.

- Provide an option to view raw headers, allowing users to access detailed information. This feature would open a modal displaying the raw data, enhancing transparency and aiding in troubleshooting.
