Ive notice that too, but i never got chance to bring it up. as quick fix, ive changed the siteurl in config file from siteurl/ to just site_url if i remember, and that worked fine.

@wrongecho have you noticed this? not sure if is nginx versus apache

You can adjust this URL in config.php.

We seem to grab the URL with a slash at the end - it's something I've been meaning to fix.

    This should be fixed for all new installs going forward see here which removes the trailing slash
