Power down the server hosting ITFlow and run full diagnostics including testing the storage drive and memory.

you can also bring up the system log and see if there is any related errors in there.

johnny I tend to doubt it's that. I've got it running in a VM and that host has multiple other VMs running without any problems or errors. ZFS isn't showing any errors or data corruption either.

This could be on the right track though. It reminded me that I ran an apt update last night and there were several packages that said it would be possible to auto remove. Ran the apt autoremove and it deleted two PHP extensions. I was only half paying attention so I didn't catch which ones. That's the last thing I did before leaving last night and now first thing this morning ITFlow wasn't working. Is it possible those extensions caused the problem? If so, are there any other guesses which ones would need to be re-installed? I tried installing all the PHP related packages listed in the install docs and none of those were missing but who knows.

Have you restarted Apache since you changed the PHP intl package?
What happens if you roll back the PHP version to the one previously installed & working?

I've restarted the whole server multiple times so I sure hope so lol
Like I said, I was only half paying attention so I'm not sure what all updates there were. I've never tried rolling back an apt package or checked logs or anything so I'd have to dig around and see what I could find on that.

looks like you got multiple versions of PHP installed there and according to the screenshot you are currently utilizing PHP 8.2. You have php-intl installed for 8.3 but not 8.2, install for 8.2 and you should be good.

It may also make sense to remove the other PHP versions that are not in use.

johnny You were right. sudo apt install php8.2-intl fixed it right up. Does it matter which version of PHP is in use? The manual install script installs basically every version, so I just kept them all on there in case it was important.

Always try to use the latest version which is 8.3 but 8.2 is fine. Just remove what your not using.
