Quote to Invoice
- Edited
Hi smcs I am unable to replicate, however
When you turn a quote into an invoice it will make the invoice a draft
Also lets try this:
In Invoices Click the Filter Button
Make sure Date from is set 2 days behind and the Date To is set 2 days ahead like this
then hit the Blue Search Button
Does it show then?
Ok that shows it now. Can you explain this to me? Before when I would make a quote and invoice I could see it all the time and that is what I like and used to, what is going on with this?
How can I make it where I see all of them all the time? I am a visual type of guy and when these things are hidden I dont think they exist, so I start missing things. Is there a settings or something that I can make them show all the time?
Hi @smcs it seems to be a time offset between your PHP Timezone and the Operating System Timezone which the Database Inherits, are they both set the same?
PHP Timezone can be set within the application itself
System Timezone has to be on the OS
Please let us know which each is set to and set them to the same then restart
