Changing Auto Logoff Time

Enjoying using ITFlow so far. My main use is for documentation. I've been adding plenty of documents and so far everything is working well. My main annoyance is that I have to constantly log back in since I get logged off many times during the work day. Does anyone know how to change the auto log off for ITFlow? Ideally being able to set every 8 hours or 4 hours worst case would be great. Right now it almost seems like every hour or less. It gets annoying when I'm writing up a document and then can't save it because the system logged me out.

Thanks for getting in touch.

We haven't run into this issue before. ITFlow just uses standard PHP sessions, implemented in the form of cookies. These are set to expire when your session does (i.e. when you close the browser).

It's worth checking your cookies are being set to expire as "Session":

Few things to consider also:

Do you have any non-standard browser settings around cookies that might cause them to be cleared very often?
What browser are you using?
What happens if you use a different browser?
