Hey @jortxx /cron_custom_ticket_alerts.php was my example of a way for custom alerts - it's not actually built into the app.
For this to actually be integrate-able, we'd need a way to define response and resolution SLAs, which we don't yet have.
But in the meantime, please feel free to play with using some basic SQL queries and cron to send notifications.
