NBms4 I saw that a ticket template was implemented, great idea. I'm just wondering if i am missing something. I can't seem to find a way to use the template. There is no option to select a template when creating a ticket. Not in the normal ticket section nore in ticket section on the client profile. Is this something that will get added later or am i just missing something?
johnny Hi @NBms4 currently you can only make templates not use them, this will be coming later this week. This will include ticket templates and project templates
johnny You can now Create a ticket from a template. The ticket will be created based off the template's Subject and Ticket Details along with any associated tasks see here itflow-org/itflow730c1f4
Isaac The stored tasks in a ticket template are not added/used when creating a new ticket with that template?
Alan Don't know if you want this separate, but what about a recurring ticket using a ticket template? You seem to get a drop down on a new ticket, but on recurring tickets, there is no drop down?
smileglobal Alan I was just reading through the forum on this to see if I was missing something as I didn't see a way to do this either. Great idea for a feature.
