Correct it does put it in the portal, but if I am not in the portal I never get notified. I do understand what you are saying, but I am a one man shop for my business so I forget about that being different than most. It would be great to have a place for businesses like mine where all notifications go to me, maybe have it where the IT Flow owner can turn that on or off, on for notifications to go to a designated address and off if they have multiple users and only want the notifications in the portal. It would be very handy for me, because I have customers that accept the quotes, but I never know it until I log in and check. Its a small issue I know, but if there could be some way of being notified through email that would be great.
