I was searching through the forum at least and didn't find anyone requesting drag and drop. Will we be getting features to drag and drop into tickets and files under each client?

    athornfam2 by saying 'drag and drop' you mean the fancy part of it? or the ability to 'add attachments' to a ticket?

        Bigbug Alright. The main request was bringing drag n drop file attachment/uploads to keep it simple.

          Hello, I love that clients can attach files to tickets via email but I'm at a bit of a loss because I can't send any back!

          Is there an ETA on this feature? Attaching files to tickets is pretty important for me (quotes, guides, pictures, etc.)

            Hey! Yeah, we need to add a proper file upload on the agent side for ticket replies.

            Workarounds: If it's just an image then you can paste into the editor for now. For files, you could share them via the secure links file sharing.
