evolan Hi team, It seems like after the latest update, any new tickets that are unassigned are not showing up in the dashboard to select and assign/modify.
evolan Actually it looks like it does become visible but not right away. Maybe to do with cron settings and me being "inpatient" a bit.
evolan wrongecho Speaking of timezone, I still believe some instances are a few hours off and or the 2am cron runs when it is still night here in the EST.
evolan johnny Hi @johnny , I confirmed my time zone was ok on the frontend, but I did fix the timezone on the server side but the tickets still seem to be using UTC. Is there any other section I should be making a change?
johnny @evolan hange the timezone wont affect times that already been put into the DB but anything new should now get the proper time. Also make sure you restart too.
evolan @wrongecho @johnny , Yea looks like that was the problem. I made the fix yesterday but restarted after the screenshot today. Now all responses are local time, thanks again to you both!
