Stood up a clean install via script today to begin trying out ITFlow. Noticed a few problems that I’m not sure if they’re bugs, known or user error. I searched through and only saw one reference of a similar issue back in January.
First problem:
- From the main company page > tickets if I create a ticket; it’s visible on both the dashboard, main page > tickets and the client side.
If I email a ticket it assigns to the correct company, it’s visible from the company page and from the dashboard but not from the main page > tickets.
Verified the company was configured and the same domain is sending in the ticket.
Noted: when I close the ticket it suddenly shows everywhere (under closed). Also noted from the previous post on this subject there was delay, I waited 6 hours before making this post; none of the test tickets appeared in the main page > tickets until I closed them.
When creating a project; project creates, I can see a number count next to “projects” but when i go to the projects page there’s no visible projects.
When creating vendors they create successfully but they don’t show in the vendors page.
noted: I can however see the vendors when testing expense etc.
