cant get to initial web page error 500

Hi All,
I have tried the install script,
Direct installing all on new ubuntu 22.04 fresh installs (4 times)

i get error 500 when its time to go to the page the first time.
i found in the log the following

[Thu Feb 09 23:29:12.441226 2023] [php:error] [pid 13381] [client ipremoved:26492] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/html/itflow/inc_all.php:3\nStac>

any suggestions? im going to try a manual install on debian next. but so far, can not get it to install at all on a clean fresh install of ubuntu 22.04

And i have looked, i can not find config.php anywhere.

Hi @kroytech what are your permissions set at for /var/www/html/itflow ?

Drop to shell and post your results with the following command: ls -l /var/www/html/

johnny ive done the script twice on 2 different fresh installs. same issue on all of them,
Here is the result of the commands,

Im thinking we may have broke the install in a recent update, hang tight we'll get this sorted out

try this lets go directly to the setup page by adding /setup.php onto your url. Tell me if it takes you to the setup page?

johnny if i do http://serverdomain/setup.php i get the welcome to itflow seup page. https errors out.
it will not work on ssl however

Go ahead and try from scratch again and let us know if this fixes the issue. Thank you for reporting

go ahead and try from scratch again and make sure ports 80 and 443 are open before running the script to the outside so LetsEncrypt can assign you proper SSL Cert

johnny yea thats what i was thinking. ill redo and run the script. ill post an update shortly

johnny you the man, i cant believe you got that fixed so fast! i am up and running! (After a ssl thing as im using haproxy)
