@wrongecho I have tested this with Outlook and it seems to be working, I misspoke in my original post, I forgot I was testing from my own vb.net Help Desk Ticket request sender that I am creating. It seems to work fine form Outlook, but not from my application. When I send to Gmail and Outlook all looks good, but when I send to my IT Flow instance, the ticket comes in but nothing is parsed but only seems to be happening if I send from my vb.net application. Any idea what would cause that?
The application that I am creating is just sending an email to the help desk just like any other email application, but for some reason IT flow does not parse the body of the message. If I use the same application and send to any other email service it is working fine. I am not sure what else to try,
