I just did an ITFlow update, and now, whenever i create or edit anything in ITFlow, I get the following error:

"Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.2.0"."

Everything seems to work fine though, whatever changes I made seem to apply no worries.

I have checked, I am fully up to date with ITFlow. I also ran apt update and apt upgrade, and rebooted the server. (Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS)

In that case, maybe some plugins uses the composer

just did a search on my end, and i can see the php-imap have it:

"require": {

    "php": "^8.0.2",

as well phpmailer:

"require": {

    "php": ">=5.5.0",

so you can adjust the /plugins/php-imap/composer.json to "php": ">=8.0.2", your php version, and then run composer update

make sure you do a VM backup before, just in case something will go wrong, always run backups :d

I think the line 199 ff. in the file /post/setting.php is causing the problem

what's your php version though?

can you match the composer.json file >= your version?

just the autoload.php calls plugins/php-imap/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php file, and some code parts of it, might not be working with your current php version.

so could be compatibility between the php version and that file itself, which is outside ITFLOW control. but maybe the guys can check if that's the case or not, in which case, either try the above composer update php version and see if that helps, otherwise, i suppose something related to the plugin need to be checked further.

Yes, it's really strange….

What I don't understand is that the PHP_VERSION_ID (e.g. in plugins/php-imap/vendor/composer/platform_check.php) show int(80030) although it should be 8220

(see above output of php -v)

So where does this 80030 come from in PHP_VERSION_ID 🤔 ?

Ok - I have found it in my case 👍️

In the apache config for my domain /etc/apache2/conf.d/domains/mydomain.de.ssl.conf the wrong/old php version were used (php8.0-fpm instead of php8.2-fpm)

I had this happen on my server today. I was running PHP 7.something on Debian 11.

Following the instructions from https://www.debian.org/releases/bookworm/amd64/release-notes/ch-upgrading.html I was able to upgrade to Debian 12.

One additional issue I had was an invalid call to mysql that was resolved with the installation of package php8.2-mysql and bouncing the Apache2 service.

Hey everyone If your on ubuntu 22.04 please update to ubuntu 24.04 which has php 8.3 so you will get the latest php packages if your on debian 11 update to debian 12 and you will get php 8.2.

The new php mail parser does not support anything lower than php 8.2.0

johnny I just upgraded ubuntu from 22.04 to 24.04.

Now i get "This site can’t be reached

<IP ADDRESS> refused to connect."

cant seem to be able to make it run
Im gonna run a new VM and restore which im able to get my DB (SQL)

would it be possible to restore without the master key? every time i click to download the master key i get the initial error (compose error)

or is there other way to upgrade to 24?

i tried by upgrading directly to 24 and fail ( site does not shows up again - 500 error)

upgrade from 22 to 23 and then 24 and same error as above

I would love to start from zero but had already about 150 contacts or is there any other way to import contacts?

This issue is resolved with the main ITFlow app requiring PHP 8.2 however if you are using the mail parser it will require php 8.2

I tried replacing the contents of the cron_ticket_email_parser.php file with the one from the github, but that made no difference, so I put it back to the original.
