Anonymous Ticket Generation

I understand the logic as to why the Devs don't want email spam creating tickets

add Delete to the "Bulk Action" menu [...] This would be a way to quickly deal with any Spam that hits the ticket queue.

It's almost as if we could have foreseen this..

wrongecho - No argument here. Still for my business case, it's better to deal with the spam head on then miss a customer.

I really appreciate you guys adding the anonymous email to ticket feature. For a startup MSP, IT Flow is giving me the professional organization I need out the gate without the Kaseya-type hell of contract and fees with the other PSAs. Sending you guys some coffee money… keep up the great work!

Yeah it was a tongue in cheek comment haha. We will probably add the ability to bulk close as it's useful if you mess up something via the API too. There's just a lot to do right now and it seems like every feature we add introduces a new bug or request 🙃

Edit: I half read your reply. Thank you for your kind words. Both Johnny and I are really passionate about FOSS…..Kaseya's business practices are well documented on other forums and what I've read recently is pretty insane!

Hi All,

I've just gotten on the ITFlow train and I'm loving it! Just about to start my own MSP on the side so this is a lifesaver.

One addition to this that I would like to add is the ability to create a client from a ticket with no current client / contact attached to it.

I understand that you guys are flat out so no rush on this feature, I'll just do it manually for now when/if I get a new client emailing my support email address.

Love your work, hopefully I make enough money to donate to you guys soon!
