litechforce Hello, I would like to propose a feature where we can create different ticket departments/teams/queues for things like Support, Sales, Billing, etc.

litechforce I also suggest that there be ways to get tickets into these departments/queues by different email addresses ie: billing@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com etc
