Something that would be really great to have is an Employee/Tech Timeclock feature. Ideally, it would allow staff to clock in and out, record lunches and breaks, and include employee attestations when submitting their time. It would also be helpful if managers could review and approve submitted hours.
If possible, it would be even better to have this integrated with billable time tracking—so the time logged while working on tickets automatically ties into their time entries.
