Hello

I am interesting in the dedicated hosting.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thank you

Thanks for the prompt response.

Looking forward to hearing back

Thanks @magixnetworks

@Rvargas I'm glad you're interested! We've obtained the server hardware, just need to get things setup and write a bit of code to automate launching the VMs and allocating IPs as well as the admin housekeeping of contacts etc. We're still not entirely sure on how to price it. I dislike per user pricing as it almost punishes you for growing, but it does make things a lot simpler. The numbers on that hosting page are a rough guide, it's currently looking like we'll do a small & medium plan. Each gets it's own VM and the only difference is the resource allocated and the number of technician users we recommend you use with the plan. We'll see, open to realistic suggestions.

The initial offering will be in the US. We are hoping to have hosting ready in the next few months. Depending on interest, we will add a Europe-based offering too.

Thanks for the response on this.

I would be more then happy to may per user. I think the $100 per month is fine for 5 users.

You can also sell licenses only in packs of 5. So if someone needs 6 users they will need to pay 200 a month and they will have 10 users.

Or depending on what the end user needs you can kinda structure the payments off of that.

For example I am not at a MSP so won’t need the billing part of IT flow.

To be honest not sure if I am not looking hard enough but nothing out there compares to the feel I get using ITFlow. I have not seen anything that’s just simple and gives the options I actually want to document.

I still have not played with the ticketing but if it’s as straightforward as everything else in ITFlow it should be great.

    Keep up the great work.

    Any investment opportunities?

To clarify hosting will be part of the package but will also include backups, support and management of your ITFlow instance.

I apologize for mentioning it. I was trying to be considerate of the rules and whatnot while asking if it was ok. In the future, I will not mention any of my services 😃

      Thank you!

I work for an org that that partners with many clinic’s

We are working to have all the clinics use the same technology for the most part.

I like how in IT Flow could setup all the clinics and have all the info/ ticketing in one place not just for me but all the techs at all clinics.

      Does ticketing have reporting?

        Rvargas

Ah, that makes sense. We do have some reporting for tickets but it could still use a lot of work to be honest. Have you tried out the demo - demo.itflow.org

If we don't meet your needs, take a look at GLPI as that would probably do what you need as well.
