I built out the ability to assign multiple people to tickets if theres interest and someone can walk me through doing a pull request. I thought it would be super useful for having multiple techs on a ticket or what we are using it for which is recurring reminder tickets.

wrongecho I will take a look at building that out I can see usefulness in both situations and also where there could be some potential downfalls in certain situations.

    wrightwaytech So what I felt was most useful was adding options for both scenarios. Tickets and recurring tickets can have multiple assignees if needed and so can tasks. Id assume a lot of people would just use watcher to be included in something as it progresses and thats fine too. TBH Im just having fun building out a lot of features we will use that I haven't been able to find in anything else. Also added Inventory Barcodes to Assets and an Inventory by Client Report.
