Hi! To begin thanks for the amazing work on itflow, i really love it!
I have a suggestion that I see also lots of people ask, I would like to have a calendar or some kind that can show working days to the customers or days that I can mark as not available due to my schedule, I had to do some classes for example and I was totally not available yet I had no way to communicate this to my clients who have opened up tickets and expected a reply/action during the SLA period which I couldn't comply.
For sure I have told them over the phone days prior the events but clients being clients they ignore verbal warnings when it is convenient for their narrative to point out to me that I have ignored them. After all what is written is what remains.
So yeah, would be nice if we could have a calendar in which we can disable a few days for whatever reason or for example if the customer wants support on holidays/weekends/outside of working hours, to know that this can be done but at some extra cost.
And now to my problem.
I have installed itflow with the script, originally on ubuntu 22.04 vm but at some point with some update done by itflow to php, I had to update to 24.04. So everything is updated and working as far as I can tell.
My mail server is mailcow and it is located in another server, there i have created an account for email, let's call it support@itflow.abc that I have added to MAIL in both SMTP and IMAP with the same mail server address, port, encryption, user name and password. The system sends emails correctly to my clients but when they reply via email, I never get their reply to the ticket.
Can you help me please troubleshoot this one?
