calendar issue / itflow doesn't check IMAP for ticket replies.

johnny Thanks for your kind reply, it seems that I have done what the link says but didn't work.
I have tried the typical IT thing, turn them off, save, turn them on, save. Now I wait to see if that fixes the issue.

I do understand that there are more important things and I do respect that. I am glad that is on the table at least!

abudabou check in you inbox if you have a folder named "ITFlow" (without quotes. case sensitive)

if you don't, create it.

Bigbug What does adding the folder do? Ticketing works without it, but I created and ITFlow folder to see what happens but nothing goes in it.

It should automatically create the ITFlow folder if it doesn't exist.

This folder is where it puts the parsed processed email that get turned into tickets.

If its not created then there is something wrong with the config

Hi again, I made a new installation for a friend on my server and now I can see calendar when I hit calendar button in the fresh installation.
In my own installation that is like 2 years old but updated from within the itflow, when I click on calendar, it is empty.
Do I need to change something in order to make that appear in my installation too?

I would compare your Settings > Debug output against the demo. We didn't have a proper database updater 2 years ago, so you're likely missing fields that need to be added manually.

wrongecho the updater has database updates often, I am running the latest as the new install. Perhaps my installation was after this feature was added, I haven't marked any calendar with the installation to be exact.

abudabou Please raise it as a separate feature request with the appropriate tag, it'll be buried here. I know what you mean though, it's a nice concept for when we have categories and a real public KB solution.

I would like to make another suggestion, maybe needs a new topic for that?
Would it be possible to add on new ticket creation a few steps that the user has to take before opening ticket?
I will give an example: Someone complains about the system not running well and some windows programs say something about missing files or corrupted files.
This person tries to open up a ticket to me but I would like to this person to have a few tasks on his own and if this doesn't fixes the issue, to tick "yes, I have done those actions and the problem persists".
Run in CMD with admin rights "sfc /scannow" twice if it said it found corruption and it has fixed and then reboot the pc.

I know, silly stuff but this would help users do some easy troubleshooting themselves and save time. If the troubleshooting advices don't have an effect, then to proceed with the ticket creation

I see with the recent updates that calendar has appeared in my installation as well! Thanks for that!
But calendar hasn't appeared yet in 1 of my clients, and this client is the most annoying that I would like it to be shown.
Is there any procedure I can do to fix this one client to also have calendar?
